Cancellation and Refund Policy
Everything you need to know about cancelling your subscription or requesting a refund.

1. Free Trial
All plans include a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, no charges are applied to your payment method. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any cost.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged for the applicable billing cycle.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard, or by contacting us at rishideoghare@gmail.com.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged in the next billing cycle.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Starter (FREE) tier at the end of the period.
- Your data (leads, agents, content) will be retained and accessible but subject to the FREE tier limits.
We do not offer partial-month refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Agency Claw is a digital SaaS product. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon subscription, all sales are generally final once a billing cycle has been charged.
However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same period, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
- Service unavailability — if the Service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for that period.
- Post-trial charge — if you forgot to cancel before the trial ended and contact us within 48 hours of the first charge, we will evaluate a refund at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, email rishideoghare@gmail.com with your account email, the amount charged, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Plan Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy your current plan's features until the end of the paid period. No partial refund is issued for the difference in plan cost.
5. Plan Upgrades
When upgrading mid-cycle, your new plan takes effect immediately. Razorpay automatically pro-rates the charge for the remaining days of the current billing period. You will only pay the difference.
6. Account Termination by Agency Claw
If we terminate your account for a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
