Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using AgencyClaw ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

AgencyClaw is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered LinkedIn content automation including text generation, image generation, scheduled publishing, and usage tracking. The platform is modular and may expand with additional features in future iterations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

All paid plans include a 3-day free trial. No charges are applied during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you create content (1 credit per post: 0.5 for text generation, 0.5 for image generation). Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Agent token usage is tracked separately per plan tier. Exceeding monthly token limits will restrict agent operations until the next billing cycle.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in mass cold outreach in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar regulations
• Scrape or collect data from third-party websites in violation of their terms of service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Generate, publish, or distribute harmful, defamatory, or illegal content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of AgencyClaw. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services including OpenAI, Razorpay, LinkedIn, Telegram, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Lead generation results, content performance, and AI outputs are not guaranteed. AI-generated content may require human review before publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
